Bast faces fugitive concealing charges
VANDALIA -- A Ramsey man is facing charges in Fayette County Court for allegedly concealing a fugitive. Jeffrey J. Bast was charged with concealing/aiding a fugitive, which is a Class 4 felony. Information on the charge states that the defendant, "knowing Brock J.
