NEW YORK CITY (UPI) -- A jury on Friday found Martin Shkreli, the pharmaceutical executive who came under scrutiny for hiking the cost of a drug by 5,000%, guilty on three counts related to securities fraud. NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- A grand jury found a former Vanderbilt University football player of raping an unconscious female student in a teammate's dorm room back stemming from a 2013 incident in a Nashville courtroom Friday. The jury, after 15 hours of deliberations, found 23-year-old Brandon Banks guilty on charges of aggravated rape and aggravated sexual assault.
