SAN FRANCISCO -- A $69 billion deal by Microsoft to acquire Activision Blizzard is on hold...for now. According to MarketWatch, U.S. District Judge Edward Davila issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) in San Francisco over regulatory reasons.
