Senate Republicans block debate on bipartisan infrastructure bill
WASHINGTON (UPI) -- Senate Republicans on Wednesday blocked a procedural vote to advance a massive bipartisan infrastructure bill, saying it is premature to do so while negotiators are still ironing out its details.
