LSU football program self-imposes bowl ban for 2020 season

BATON ROUGE, La. (UPI) -- The LSU football program self-imposed a postseason ban for the 2020-21 bowl season, the school announced Wednesday. MINNEAPOLIS (UPI) -- The Northwestern-Minnesota game scheduled for Saturday in Minneapolis has been called off because of COVID-19 issues within the Golden Gophers' football program.
