CARLINVILLE — The following reflects cases filed through the Macoupin County Courthouse for the period starting June 9, 2024 and ending June 22, 2024 and are as follows:

Felonies

Averion D. Hill, 26, of Shipman, is charged with aggravated battery in a public place and aggravated assault with the use of a deadly weapon in connection with a June 8 incident.

Dylon R. Wright of Decatur is charged with three felonies in connection with a June 10 incident. He is charged with burglary, felon in possession or use of a weapon/firearm, and theft or unauthorized control (greater than $500 and less than $10,000). 

Logan M. Billings, 34, of Benld, is charged with possession of methamphetamine (less than 5 grams) in connection to a March 12 incident.

Asa M. Proctor, 45, of Gillespie, is charged with possession of methamphetamine (less than 5 grams) in connection to a March 27 incident.

David Crane, 34, of Brighton, is charged with nine felonies related to child pornography in connection with incidents that occurred between March 5 and April 25.

Fredrick J. Carter, 57, of Carlinville, is charged with three counts of a felon in possession/use of a weapon/firearm and aggravated assault on a peace officer/fireman/emergency management worker/emergency medical services personnel. Carter is also charged with aggravated assault/use of a deadly weapon and criminal damage to property less than $500 in connection with a June 18 incident.

John M. Molinar, 38, of Staunton, is charged with residential burglary, criminal trespass with a person present, resisting resisting or obstructing a peace officer, firefighter, or correctional institution employee and theft in connection with a June 18 incident.

Misdemeanors

Fredrick J. Carter, 57, of Carlinville, is charged with criminal trespassing to a building in connection to a May 17 incident. 

Joshua N. Danis, 39, of Benld, is charged with resisting or obstructing a peace officer, firefighter, or correctional institution employee in connection with a June 15 incident.

Joshua W. Goins, 41, of Virden, is charged with criminal damage to property less than $500 in connection with a June 15 incident.

Lowell E. White, 34, of Farmersville, is charged with disorderly contact in connection with a June 19 incident.

Jacob D. Ruyle, 19, of Benld, is charged with criminal damage to property less than $500 in connection with a May 1 incident.

David R. Scott, 36, of Carlinville, is charged with bad checks/obtaining control over property in connection with an April 26 incident.

Shawn E. Evans, 53, of Brighton, is charged with theft of utility services in connection with an April 1 incident.

Traffic

Jessica R. Carney, 42, of Gillespie, is charged with driving on a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration in connection to a June 2 incident. 

Flora Galvin, 34, of Virden, is charged with driving on a suspended license in connection to a May 31 incident. 

Eric Fuchs, 48, of Springfield, is charged with driving on a revoked license in connection to a June 6 incident. 

Kayla Williamson, 37, of Girard, is charged with driving with a canceled/revoked/suspended registration in connection to a May 28 incident. 

Corliss W. Hampton, 66, of Jackson, TN, is charged with driving 26-34 mph over the limit and operating an uninsured motor vehicle in connection to a June 5 incident. 

Lakeisha D. Nelson, 34, of East Saint Louis, is charged with driving on a suspended license, a canceled/revoked/suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and driving 15-20 mph above the limit in connection to a June 7 incident. 

Garrett D. Jones, 29, of Decatur, is charged with driving on a revoked license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, operating uninsured motor vehicle, and driving 15-12 mph above the limit in connection to a June 9 incident. 

Cole S. Brayton, 28, of Decatur, is charged with driving on a revoked license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle in connection with a June 9 incident. 

Ethan A. Rhyne, 21, of East Alton, is charged with speeding 26-34 above the limit in connection to a June 9 incident. 

John R C Bell, 19, of Gillespie, is charged with driving on a canceled/revoked/suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle in connection to a June 7 incident. 

Nicholas E. Kiselka, 38, of Granite City, is charged with driving on a suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle in connection to a June 8 incident. 

Carlos Humberto, 24, of Saint Louis, MO, is charged with driving on a suspended license in connection to a June 6 incident. 

Mary Jo A. Balven, 31, of Valley Park, MO, is charged with driving on a canceled/revoked/suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle in connection to a June 11 incident. 

Thomas A. Stover, 23, of Hartford, is charged with driving on a canceled/revoked/suspended registration in connection to a June 10 incident. 

Roy E. Walton, 49, of Springfield, is charged with driving on revoked license, canceled/revoked/suspended registration, and driving 15-20 mph above the limit in connection to a June 10 incident. 

Carl R. Albracht, 49, of Palmyra, is charged with driving on a canceled/revoked/suspended registration in connection to a June 7 incident. 

Tyler S. Springman, 34, of Wood River, is charged with driving on a canceled/revoked/suspended registration and squealing/screeching tires in connection to a June 8 incident.

Arthur Zumwalt, 41, of Staunton, is charged with having a drivers license expired more than a year, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and no valid registration in connection to a June 8 incident.

Brittany N. Stinnett, 33, of Benld, is charged with driving on a suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle in connection with a June 8 incident.

Anya Roberts, 20, of Springfield, is charged with speeding 26-34 mph over the limit in connection with a June 13 incident.

Kenneth W. Yates, 38, of Grand Prairie, TX, is charged with driving while never issued a license and driving 15-20 mph above the limit in connection with a June 16 incident.

Victor J. Zerpa Zerp, 40, of Chicago, is charged with driving while never issued a license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and driving 15-20 mph above the limit.

Michael J. Allen, 20, of Gillespie, is charged with driving on a suspended license and driving 11-14 mph above the limit in connection with a June 16 incident.

Rickey D. Bell, 63, of Highland, is charged with driving on a revoked license in connection to a June 14 incident.

Gerald G. Deien, 62, of Mount Olive, is charged with a driver’s license more than one year expired in connection with a May 30 incident.

Matthew D. Knick, 20, of Mount Olive, is charged with driving on a suspended license in connection with a June 6 incident.

Glen A. Edington, 62, of Girard, is charged with driving on a suspended license in connection with a June 18 incident.

Charise A. Carter, 45, of Virden, is charged with driving on a suspended license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle in connection with a June 14 incident.

Keith P. Dufresne, 20, of Ozark, AL, is charged with speeding 35+ mph over the limit in connection with a June 17 incident.

Anton Shvarts, 34, of Sunny Isles Beach, FL, is charged with CDL not obtained and no fees paid/over registration weight in connection with a June 17 incident.
