Raise your hand if you know what feels the best in the world? I know that you probably have answers popping in your head like donning on a new dress, sporting a pair of red-bottomed heels, bagging the new job, and the like. All of these feelings are wonderful, indeed, but do you know what tops them all? Well, that is the feeling about helping others and making others happy. There is no jollier feeling in the world than making your mother smile or watching your grandma feeling happy because of your efforts. Here are a few ways to make your loved ones smile and make you feel satisfied in return.
They say that good food is the secret to happiness, and what better food than a batch of freshly baked and delicious cookies. If you are not a pro at cooking but ready to put in a little bit of effort, then here’s an easy recipe for you.
Exorcise the slob chef in you and get ready to bake a batch of cookies that requires only three ingredients: bananas, butter, and oats. And of course there’s choco chips, because there is no way that you can help someone smile if there are no chocolates in the picture.
Preheat the microwave oven to about 175 degrees Centigrade or 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix the ingredients well. Don’t forget to stir in a generous load of chocolate chips (more choco chips, more happiness) with the cookie dough and remix it with the spatula. Pop the dough into the oven and keep your fingers crossed that they won’t fizzle out and burn. (It won’t help to serve charred cookies to your loved ones). Store them in an airtight tin and then surprise your family at tea-time with delicious homemade choco chip and oat cookies.
Is your friend’s birthday coming up? Are you thinking of doing something unique on Christmas Eve? How about baking a batch of Pfeffernusse cookies and distributing them among her classmates? That would make her feel ever so special and loved. Well here’s a lovely and easy recipe for you.
All you need is love, a little bit of fondness, and of course flour, baking soda and salt, eggs, heavy cream, honey, and all things sweet and delicious that you can pour into the cake. Combine them all and pop them into the microwave. Prepare
a birthday jingle for your friend while the cookies turn golden-brown. With the delicious cookies all done and dusted, it’s time to put a smile on people’s faces again.
They say that good things come in small packages. Well, they certainly do, when it comes to a box of crispy and crunchy cookies. And the best part is you can be a total slob at cooking and yet come up with a batch of soft and sweet biscuits. There no better deed in the world than helping others smile and feel happy with life with all its trials and tribulations. And sharing cookies among the loved ones and strangers is not only a great ice-breaker but an excellent way to help others, make new friends, and find new meaning in life.
Don’t forget to make yourself happy! Try this Japanese omelette early morning with a cup of latte and enjoy the day.
It takes very little to make someone happy, to help others, and to be at their side. One right way to bring a smile to everyone’s faces is to cook for them. No worries if you are not a whiz chef or if your cooking skills are only good for stray dogs and cats. Don on your chef cap and whip up a batch of crunchy and crispy cookies for your friends and family. Make the world fall in love with you, and you will find yourself to be the happiest person in the world.
